Conveyor Belt Loader

Description:
Bulk cargo loaders are responsible for transporting passengers' luggage, cargo and mail from the terminal building to the aircraft's cargo hold or unloading them upon the aircraft's arrival. The chassis body is welded from special high-strength steel. The chassis is covered with a cover plate that can be removed. The chassis is equipped with four hydraulic legs and four spring steel plates. The chassis consists of a transmission, steering, braking and driver's cab. The transmission system controls the variable speed drive motor through the motor controller, which then drives the original power. The power is transmitted through the main reduction drive axle, wheels and tires. The drive motor controller and drive motor use products from well-known companies; the suspension is front and rear longitudinal leaf springs. The steering system is controlled by an electric hydraulic pump driving the steering hydraulic cylinder to control the front wheel steering. The braking system is vacuum-assisted braking provided by an electric vacuum pump, with a front disc and rear drum, and dual-pipeline hydraulic braking system.
