Aircraft Garbage Vehicle chassis

Description:
The Aircraft Garbage Vehicle chassis consists of a secondary longitudinal beam mounted on the vehicle's longitudinal beam, a garbage bin support beam, hydraulic legs, a hydraulic oil tank, a wastewater tank, and other accessories. Four hydraulic legs are installed at the front and rear. The chassis assembly forms the foundation of the vehicle. Its main beam, diagonal bracing beams, and leg brackets are welded from rectangular steel pipes and bent box-shaped parts and secured to the vehicle chassis with U-bolts. Four fixed straight legs are bolted to the leg beams. An 8kg fire extinguisher is installed behind the passenger seat of the chassis. The wastewater tank of the Aircraft Garbage Vehicle is a container for collecting wastewater from garbage. It has a capacity of 50L and is located at the rear of the vehicle frame. It is connected to the tank body by a pipe. A 2-inch drain valve is located at the bottom of the tank for draining wastewater. Aircraft Garbage vehicle's garbage compartment consists of a frame, a cover, a lid, and a door, with an effective volume of 15.8m³. The frame is welded from rectangular steel pipes, while the side and top panels are 1.2mm thick stainless steel plates secured to the frame with rivets. The bottom panel is 1.5mm thick stainless steel and features a 1.5mm stainless steel filter screen. The filter removes water from the garbage, allowing it to flow through a pipe to a wastewater tank mounted on the subframe. A 1540 x 1100 mm garbage hatch is located at the top front of the compartment. The lid, formed from a single piece of patterned plate and integrated with the compartment frame, is hydraulically actuated and opened and closed.
