BPA-NI interior lacquer for easy-open-end and shallow drawing food cans show good retort resistance

COLOUR ：clear to light gold
SOLID BY WEIGHT ： 32±2.0% stoved 30 min @ 180℃
VISCOSITY ： 80-120 seconds (Apply 4 cups @ 25℃)

APPLICATION METHOD ：coil coating, roller coater
APPLICATION VISCOSITY ： 60-8 seconds
THINNER ： V3008
CLEANER ： V3008
DRY FILM WEIGHT ： 10-13 gsm
STOVING SCHEDULE ： 10-20 seconds/241℃ (PMT）
STIRRING ：
Stir 15-30 minutes before use
Additional Information
HANDLING PROCEDURE ：
5-35℃，store out of sunlight
SHELF LIFE ：
6months @25℃ in original sealed container
